Steve Bowman

Managing Director

Steve is a teacher, coach, speaker and consultant who advocates for healthy living and lifestyle medicine. Steve believes that all health professionals have a responsibility and opportunity to improve the health and well-being of our community, our nation and people throughout the world. In 2017, Steve’s eyes were opened when he learned about the power of plant-based nutrition and lifestyle medicine. At this pivotal moment, Steve became fully aware of how much positive change could come from what he had learned. He is eager to share his passion and experience Transforming the health of those who are ready to become the best and healthiest version of themselves! Grace Monaghan

Intern

Grace will be a senior this upcoming fall at the University of Delaware. She majors in English and has a minor in Theater and Women, and Gender Studies. Her hobbies include reading, writing, singing and exercising. Amrita Tailor

Intern

Amrita is a high school junior. She learned about the benefits of a plant-based diet from her mom and the other Transformers. She enjoys cooking and trying new recipes in her free time. She also enjoys traveling with her family.

Kenzy Green

Intern

Kenzy is currently a senior at the University of Delaware where she is studying health behavior science with her minor in psychology. After she graduates, she plans on going to an accelerated nursing school and eventually becoming a nurse practitioner. She is also on the Division I Swimming and Diving team and specializes in sprint freestyle. Aside from swimming, she loves going to the beach, painting, cooking, and photography. Kelly Bolsch

Kelly is currently completing her senior year at the University of Delaware studying Health Behavior Science and Educational Studies. She hopes to be a school nurse one day! In her free time, she enjoys running, hiking, and trying out new recipes. She also loves the beach and being able to spend time outside! Sabrina Selim

Intern

Sabrina is a senior at the University of Delaware, majoring in Health Behavior Science and minoring in Public Health Administration and Medical Social Services. After graduation, she plans to obtain her Master’s in Healthcare Administration. She loves to do abstract painting in her leisure time and she sells her paintings on Etsy. She loves to cook and try new recipes; she especially loves authentic Chinese cuisine, and sushi is her all time favorite food.

Jarrett DeLeon

Jarrett is currently a senior at the University of Delaware, majoring in Health Behavior Science and minoring in Public Health. After undergrad, he hopes to obtain his Doctorate of Physical Therapy and become a full-time Physical Therapist. Dominique Davis

Dominique is currently a Senior at the University of Delaware, majoring in Health Behavior Science with a minor in Business Administration. After graduation she plans to pursue a career within the healthcare field. She would like to be a Healthcare Administrator, Patient Advocate, or go into Medical Sales. In her free time she enjoys giving back to the community or hanging out with friends and family. She is very excited to get to work and be an intern for Transform.

Lizzie Brown-Cordero

Lizzie is a senior at the University of Delaware studying Health Behavior Science with a concentration in Health and Disability. She is also pursuing a minor in Spanish for Healthcare. During the summer of 2021, she will be going to the University of Sciences in Philadelphia to obtain her Doctor of Occupational Therapy. Lizzie enjoys hiking, reading, and helping others live life to the fullest. She is very excited to intern at Transform because she really believes in the power of helping others through lifestyle changes!

Katie Larkin

Katie is currently a Senior at the University of Delaware majoring in Health Behavior Science and minoring in Public Health. After undergrad she plans to take a gap year to join AmeriCorps and then plans to back to school to get her Masters in Public Health. Katie is an avid skier and works at the local ski shop. Lauren Gallant

Lauren is a senior Health Behavior Science major at the University of Delaware. She plans on beginning a physical therapy program this fall in her home state of Massachusetts. In her free time, she enjoys going to the gym, running, hiking, and traveling to new places. She also loves improving her cooking skills with new recipes. Karen Smith, RD

Former Transformer

Karen is passionate about helping people understand the power of nutrition for disease prevention and reversal, and create new habits in regard to their food choices. Karen is a certified diabetes care and education specialist and especially enjoys working with individuals who have pre-diabetes and type 2 diabetes to reverse these conditions. Karen is a licensed dietitian in Delaware and Maryland and practices at Progressive Health of Delaware in Wilmington, Delaware and The Center for Trauma, Stress, and Anxiety in Bel Air, Maryland. Dr. Bryanne Robson, MD

Former Transformer

Dr. Bryanne Robson is a family medicine practitioner at Progressive Health of Delaware, a primary care practice in Wilmington.  She is the first female physician to be board certified in lifestyle medicine in the state of Delaware and received a Certificate in Plant Based Nutrition from the T. Colin Campbell Center for Nutrition Studies at Cornell University. Dr. Robson takes pride in and enjoys getting to know her patients as individuals and helping them achieve their health goals by challenging them to make lifestyle changes and set goals for themselves. Vicki McGhee

Former Transformer

Vicki is passionate about the whole food plant based way of eating. She helped her family transition to plant based nutrition to combat health issues: high cholesterol, eczema, and chronic sinus issues. During their transition, she learned a few hacks and some short cuts. Vicki enjoys plant based cooking, meal planning and shopping. She is excited to support you with helpful suggestions and encouragement to help you reach your health goals.

Sophia Crisomia
